Including four (4) terracotta fragments, in Koma (head), Djenné (leg), Bura (urn) and Nok (vessel) styles, and one (1) terracotta pipe bowl, various cultures, West Africa. Dimensions (approx.): 3" x 3.5" x 3" (largest) to 2" x 1.25" x 1.25" (smallest)
PROVENANCE:From the estate of Professor Philip Gould, New York
Condition: Poor; four are fragmentary in nature, and the pipe bowl is chipped at rim and stem areas, wear commensurate with age
