PREVIEWS & INSPECTIONS
Preview is by appointment only. As a bidder you are responsible for inspecting the condition of each lot. We strongly advise you to personally examine any lot you are going to bid prior to the auction. Appointments for preview can be made with us by phone at 609-459-5007 or by email at [email protected]
BIDDING
1. Register on this website.
2. Agree to the complete terms and conditions and place a credit card on file in order to bid. Complete terms and conditions are posted on our auction page on our Terms & Conditions page. Below is an overview of these terms and conditions, but is not a complete list.
3. All items are sold “as-is/where-is” condition and all sales are final. All disputes will be resolved at the discretion of the Ray`s Premier Auction.
4. 25% Buyer`s premium.
5. All and/or most items are vintage or antiques and have been used. We recommend all potential bidders come and inspect the items before bidding.
6. We try to describe each item to the best of our ability. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach us by phone or e-mail.
7.Ray`s Premier Auction DOES NOT offer in-house shipping. Please reach out to local UPS Stores or third party shippers of your choice for a shipping quote.

8. All bids are considered a legal and binding agreement to purchase any given lot plus 25% buyer`s premium, plus any applicable sales tax. Buyer is responsible for all fees/costs associated with collection for balances due.
9. Ray’s Premier Auction maintains the right to rescind or reject any bid.
10. Ray’s Premier Auction does not make any representations or warranties, expressed or implied on any given item. All weights and dimensions are approximate.
11. Ray’s Premier Auction is not responsible for any typographical errors within lot descriptions. Our descriptions are only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact.
12. All invoices must be paid within 72 hours of the conclusion of the auction.
PICK UP
Pick up is by appointment only. Buyer has 14 days from the conclusion of the auction to pick up their item(s). After that, a $5 per day storage fee per lot will be applied. Buyer forfeits ownership if lots are not picked up within 60 days.
